We believe this kind of “virtual agency” model benefits everybody – enabling the right mix and quantity of skills to bear without the associated overhead of a “traditional agency” model.

Opening up the US market may seem daunting to many, but with careful research, planning and execution it can be a lucrative business expansion opportunity. Drawing on years of experience and relationships in North America, Artisan Southwest have formed a partnership with Boston, Massachusetts, based 41ºNorth Consulting to enable organisations to do just that. Headed by Nicki Doggart, former US CEO for Hotel Chocolat, and responsible for establishing that brand in the US, the partnership enables South West brands to access the expertise required on both sides of the pond to make a successful entry into the North American market.

Andrew Moloney

Andrew is a technology industry veteran having spent over twenty years working in a variety of marketing, business development and management roles during that time.  In early 2011 though he decided that it was time to make a change. Relocating with his family from the South East of the UK to the South West, he established Artisan Southwest.

Prior to founding the company Andrew served as the EMEA Marketing Director for RSA, The Security Division of EMC. He joined RSA Security prior to its acquisition by EMC, in 2005 initially working exclusively with the retail banking and cards sectors of the financial services industry in developing strategies to combat fraud. This developed into a period of time running the financial services business at RSA, before being asked to lead the marketing function across EMEA.

Over the years Andrew has become a well known speaker and commentator on information security and technology  issues and has appeared in print, online and broadcast media including Channel 4 News, Sky News, the Times and RTE Radio (Ireland). He has spoken at numerous conferences and seminars across the world.

Mobile Cloud Summit 2011

Prior to joining RSA, Andrew was part of the Digital Radio broadcasting  migration, working with receiver manufacturers and chip makers while at DAB radio pioneers RadioScape.  He was also part of the early “push”email market, serving as VP of Marketing with Cambridge start-up “Commtag”, culminating in beating Oracle to “Best new Enterprise Application” at 3GSM , and then subsequent acquisition in 2003.

A Marketing Honours graduate and MCIM Diploma holder, Andrew started his career at computer networking giant 3Com Corporation (now part of HP), becoming their youngest ever Business Line Director at the age of 29, where he lead them to worldwide market leadership in the Small Business segment in the space of just just two years.

Jacqueline Breslin 

Jacqueline Breslin

With over twenty years experience in human resources, change management and coaching in both small and large multi-national organisations, public and private sector, Jacqueline is now working with our clients as they seek to grow and develop their businesses. These engagements vary from short term, project based assignments to supporting some clients on an on-going basis.

The bedrock of her HR experience was gained in the IT industry at a time when change was the ‘status quo’.  Mergers and Acquisitions, large scale restructuring and redundancy programmes with off-shoring of functions involving TUPE transfers were regular activities alongside the more usual and fundamental recruitment, performance management, development and compensation activities.

Since studying organisational culture and change for her degree thesis Jacqueline has always been interested in how individual and organisations interests align and how to maximise this for the benefit of both. Clearly this is the ‘holy grail’ for the HR practitioner.   Having trained in coaching and as a qualified counsellor Jacqueline is adept at helping individuals to recognise areas for development, resistance to change and the steps necessary to successfully realise their goals.  During her time working for the global HR services provider Penna she provided career focused transition coaching to people following redundancy.

Despite taking a career break to raise her son, Jacqueline continued to use her skills to start a community initiative which has gone from strength to strength over the past seven years.  In 2011 she returned to work as part of the leadership team of a federation of schools before deciding to join Artisan Southwest in 2014.
